The Electronic Advance

The Electronic Advance brings the detail of the studio into a live setting. The project of Munich-area producer Mathias Teichmann moves between melodic house and peak-time techno, combining evolving arrangements with a clear sense of dance-floor momentum.

He began performing electronic music in the 1990s under the name No-Vation. Returning as The Electronic Advance, he developed a catalogue that includes releases on Phuture Wax, Babiczstyle and his own City of Drums Black Label.

His live sets bring those studio ideas to the stage, balancing evolving arrangements, melodic tension and a steady focus on the dance floor.
