Korento
Korento brings a distinctly Finnish perspective to psytrance. Performing as Jenni Korento-Salmi and associated with TesseracTstudio, she moves between full-on energy, uplifting grooves and a darker edge, drawing on experience across the festival world.
She began DJing in 2010 at underground parties and clubs in Helsinki and across Finland. Her broader experience in the festival industry includes booking and stage management at Kosmos Festival.
Her international appearances include Shankra Festival, Respect Festival, Vortex Parallel Universe in South Africa and Half Moon Festival. The name Korento means “dragonfly” in Finnish, a reference reflected in her visual identity and approach to performance.
