DJ Hildegard

Vinyl, instinct and decades behind the decks define DJ Hildegard’s approach to house and techno. Her career connects club culture, radio and music promotion, with a perspective developed as both a performer and an industry professional.

After teaching herself to DJ and running the Care club in Karlsruhe, she moved to Hamburg. There, she combined DJing with roles in club promotion at WEA Records and A&R at Nerve Records, before founding her own promotion agency, Hildegard meets music.

As a BigCityBeats resident, she performed across Germany and Europe and appeared on BigFM. Her festival history includes Nature One, Time Warp, Sensation White, Street Parade and Sea of Love.

In 2010, she brought Hildegard meets music to Sunshine Live, extending her work from clubs and festivals to radio.
